针对机械手的控制系统设计问题,设计一套具有智能分拣能力的机械手.该机械手搭载先进的颜色检测模块,采用HSV颜色空间与连通域分析算法精准识别目标颜色与位置,通过对机械手各指关节运动的精密控制,实现对不同颜色目标物体迅速且精准地抓取与分拣.运行结果显示,本机械手能够实现颜色的准确识别,分拣动作稳定协调,可广泛应用于工业生产、快递分拣等领域,提升多色物品分拣的效率与自动化水准.
Abstract:A control system is designed for a robotic manipulator with intelligent sorting. First, an advanced color detection module is empowered by utilizing the HSV color space and component analysis algorithms, and the target color and position can be accurately identified, which renders the precise recognition of color information. Following color identification, precise control is put on the movement of each finger. Operational results demonstrate that the manipulator achieves accurate color detection and stable, coordinated sorting movements. This system can be widely applied in industrial production and parcel sorting, effectively enhancing the efficiency and automation level of multi-color item sorting.
