综述了β-内酰胺类抗生素的结构种类.从化学结构角度阐述了β-内酰胺类抗生素的抗菌作用机制,青霉素和头孢菌素对β-内酰胺酶稳定性差异的原因及头孢菌素结构与抗菌活性之间的构效关系,并介绍了头孢菌素的代类差异和发展近况.
Abstract：This paper reviews the types of β-lactam antibiotics,and expounds,from the viewpoint of chemical structure,mechanisms of β-lactam antibiotics and antibacterial activity,reasons of difference stability of penicillin and cephalosporins against β-lactamase,and the structure-activity relationships of cephalosporins.Latest development has been described.
